Aquamarine also helps this be a great day for clarity of communication, which will certainly remove blockages and soothe any irritation, physical or emotional.
Meditation and channeling are favored. Also, you will find it a bit easier to begin giving up a small habit. Any form of letting go, releasing and opening up will be easier in today's energy.
