CARD OF THE WEEKEND: May 14-15, 2022

High Tide

Sacred Geometry Cards for the Visionary Path

by Francene Hart

May 14-15, 2022: Open your awareness to the feeling of those spiraling waves. That's what hits first--the sensation of being swept up in their unbound energy.

Take another look at this card and notice the ethereal transparency of these waves. High Tide, from Francene Hart's Sacred Geometry Cards, is not so much the story of any actual ocean we might gaze upon as it is the heightened force of Water, the archetypal element governing feelings, emotions, changeability, and cleansing.

Just as the power of water can carve and reshape surrounding land--think how the Colorado River formed the Grand Canyon over millions of years--Water's intervention transforms the Earth element within and around you, upending, remaking, refreshing what is most in need of re-visioning.

This will be a good weekend to set up comforting space for yourself. Sit with music that will open your heart. Write in your journal with your favorite pen. Let yourself have a long, deep cry--the one you've been holding back and stuffing down for quite a while. Or let those raw feelings well up and pour out in song.

Let go, and let Water do its work.

CARDS OF THE WEEKEND: February 19-20, 2022

Dancing Prayer and Calm Within

from Sacred Geometry Cards for the Visionary Path

by Francene Hart

February 19-20, 2022: As one of Francene Hart's more hallucinogenic Sacred Geometry oracle cards, Dancing Prayer pulses with vitality that encompasses and radiates from the central, multi-limbed figure. Do make time to dance this weekend.

Think of your dance as both received by and emanating from your physical body, perhaps simultaneously. Examine Hart's image closely to get an understanding of its overlapping realities.

Hart's Calm Within stays steady amid the lightning storm no matter whether that storm is external or actually issues from within this figure's own system. I like to think of it that way--the power of lightning flashing from within a still, grounded body. What unexpected high magick might manifest? Take time to ground yourself, and see what happens next.

CARD OF THE WEEKEND: December 18-19, 2021

Gaia Grid

from Sacred Geometry Cards for the Visionary Path

by Francene Hart

December 18-19, 2021: Francene Hart's Sacred Geometry Cards for the Visionary Path is a truly, truly, truly gorgeous oracle (non-Tarot) deck that might not suit everyone's taste. I say that only because Hart does indulge in the New Age tendency to collect and mix diverse cultural imagery and traditions. But let me say it once again and without hesitation: gorgeous.

Geometric patterns that can be used for calling in and projecting energy. Trippy images from the natural world and cosmos. Dolphin Merkaba, anyone? This 64-card deck is all about activating the transformative imagination, and I am here for it.

Today's card--Gaia Grid--celebrates intersectionality, and I want you to think of the way the Earth's ley lines connect sites of power. We need to collaborate with and within this grid right now.

And what about the invisible grid of ley lines we hold within ourselves, each of us? How can you seek out and activate that power?
