May 14-15, 2022: Open your awareness to the feeling of those spiraling waves. That's what hits first--the sensation of being swept up in their unbound energy.

This will be a good weekend to set up comforting space for yourself. Sit with music that will open your heart. Write in your journal with your favorite pen. Let yourself have a long, deep cry--the one you've been holding back and stuffing down for quite a while. Or let those raw feelings well up and pour out in song.
