Three of Wands
from World Spirit Tarot
by Lauren ‘Onça’ O’Leary
December 3, 2021: The multicultural World Spirit Tarot, by Lauren ‘Onça’ O’Leary, is an old, well-worn fave. I haven't used it in a long while, but I was happy to reach for it today. The Three of Wands is a welcome oracle for our day--offering an image of celebratory joy as you observe the way things are flowing for you.
Birds are flying; ships sailing. It's all in motion and going well, which might turn out to be a surprise for you if you spent way too much time worried and anxious.
When you take an overview--and you are strongly counseled to step away from the absorbing details for a minute and take that overview--you can see how all the pieces fit together, how they make sense, individually and as a whole, and how effectively they are actually doing what needs to be done.
The Wands are governed by the element of Fire, and the Three sets a moderate, steady, effective flame under what you've got cookin'. There's a feeling of confidence and assurance. Your creative response is your own affirmative, enthusiastic, energetic movement. As O'Leary has said elsewhere, “The greatest expression of Rebellion is Joy.”
A real feel-good card. I'm wishing you a feel-good day!
